January 2026. We spent a few days in the village hoping to shoot some more Fernbird, Tūī, Kōtuku and Kea along with some landscapes if we had some time. It rained as it often does on the coast but we managed to achieve all our goals apart from staying dry. Another successful trip to Okarito.
